Bob has worked in the area of civil litigation throughout his practicing career. He has extensive experience in common law civil actions but, in addition, has experience in administrative law proceedings, administrative actions, as well as public law actions. He has argued cases before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan, the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Manitoba Queen’s Bench, Manitoba Court of Appeal, Alberta Queen’s Bench as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
