Profile

David is the senior partner at Hnatyshyn Gough.  David’s career has been concentrated in the areas of corporate and commercial law, wills and estate law, and real estate.  He has argued cases before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and the Tax Court of Canada.  He was appointed as an agent of the Attorney General in the Province of Saskatchewan in 1982 and served as solicitor for the Department of Social Services for the period of 1980-84 and as counsel for the Director of Maintenance Enforcement in Saskatoon and surrounding area.  In addition, he is a registered Federal Trademark Agent.  In 2006, David was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 2006. David has served on numerous boards including the YMCA and the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation.
